Everything should be taken with a grain of salt, most of them are jokes. They're within the Fun and Games section. If you can make that pretty much be a rule for The Spam Zone, why is it so different? People get butthurt from being insulted in the Spam Zone but you never shut it down.

I don't care that much, but in fairness and in logic, it doesn't make that much sense.

Man your high school just sounds unlucky. There are always people like that but you're either using hyperbole or you're just really unlucky.

I loved my first week. I have great teachers, and I'm taking some interesting classes. My group of friends and I really stick together, and I have a pretty bland group of classmates, I just ignore them largely. I don't expect it to great all the time but, I'm trying to remain optimistic.

I'm all for that. It almost doubles as an incentive for finishing your RP, inspiring you to get your own special honor. It would probably give an activity boost, at least it terms pf people viewing, so I think it's a great idea.

That's pretty confusing, you don't really explain what the RP itself is. It's not a bad idea but it doesn't seem very fleshed out. Try typing up a paragraph explaining how exactly the OCs will fit into the story of Birth by Sleep.
I'd also like to recommend making a layout for character submissions, as is mentioned in the guidelines.
For yours, I would also think you should have a tab for appearance. It lets you get a good feel of how they look early on.
