The keychains represent Sora's experiences in the world in which he obtained it. Also from some personal experiences, like the Oathkeeper's chain is the lucky charm from Kiari.
I'd say KH1 Sephiroth, I've never even beat him, even with Sora at lvl 99, though I haven't played it in a while, I'd probably be able to beat him now.
I managed to beat KHII Sephiroth at lvl 56, only took me a few tries.
I've only joined two forums in the past - Sevenstring.org and 7Heaven.org - so this is only the third.
I love Kingdom Hearts (duh) and it's one of my favorite series' of all time.
