OOC: My brother wishes to remind you Neo, that his name is "Hegemoth," not "Hedgemoth." I think it's hilarious...But there you go.
BIC: Wirdikov snapped Darksting forward. That could have gone a lot worse... he thought, staring at Hegemoth. They would be having a talk later, but for now...
Holy energy burst forth from Darksting, ripping into the Heartless. Suddenly, the Heartless burst from the ground in front of them. Wirdikov grunted, and unleashed a fast holy wave that sent them smashing back into the ranks of the others, spreading holy energy everywhere.
"Now it's time for you to feel my blade, Heartless!" Wirdikov said coldly as the Heartless pushed forward, regardless of the combined magic of the guardians. -
"Use long-range magic to take out the leaders," Wirdikov said. "Use your weapons when they get in close. These guys aren't going to stand a chance against us, as long as we can kill them quick enough to be able to get to our castle and fix the defense system so we can kill the army coming towards us. Otherwise, when the real army gets here, we're going to be in trouble..."
Wirdikov raised his arms, and holy magic sprayed from his hands, hitting the lead Heartless with fury, ripping through them with the power of light almighty... -
"That may not be necessary, Ren..." Wirdikov said, laying a hand on her shoulder. "It seems another group is attempting to ambush us...Let us show them what a true Guardian can do...I'll get Roka."
Wirdikov's crystal began to glow underneath his armor and immediately he zipped forward, impossibly fast. The bald man blinked, then was smashed in the face by Wirdikov as he zipped back into existence. The bald man fell over without a sound, and Roka was transported safely back to the other Guardians before anyone could react.
"Roka, get up," Wirdikov said, standing him on his feet. "Your crystal must be low on power for you to get hurt this bad...I'll lend you some of mine."
Energy hummed into Roka. Roka's wounds healed as a side note. "Remember," Wirdikov said, tapping Roka on the head. "Rely on your armor. It will protect you from all harm...that is until your crystal runs out of power." Wirdikov shrugged. "But that shouldn't happen. This should end quickly with the six of us."
He glanced over at the hill, where Hegemoth was running towards them. "Seven of us." -
Wirdikov paused and looked upwards towards the small hills towards the west. He squinted and could just make out the form of a man with dark green armor.
"Interesting," Wirdikov stated. "It seems that Hegemoth has returned...But without those I sent him for." He turned to the others. "We need to prepare the castle for assault. The Heartless will be here by dawn. I need someone to repair the energy generator for the shield and armor. The main computer, radar, and visual systems are down inside the castle as well. I'll further need someone to capture a Heartless for study...Don't turn into one." He folded his arms. "Any volunteers?" -
Wirdikov turned to the others. "Now, perhaps you others can help me with something..."
-
"Roka! Don't be foolish! This darkness would overwhelm yours..." Wirdikov shook his head. "Not even Highwind could stand up to this...and you are not at his level." Wirdikov scratched his chin. "However, I have an assignment for you. Go to the front and find out who this mysterious leader of this army of Heartless is..."
OOC: I'll leave it up to you. The others: I'm thinking about your assignments...You could always volunteer, it'd help my melting brain. -
OOC: Whoops, sorry guys my sister kicked me off...I can't stay but I'll get in here while I can...I'll be here all tomorrow though, unless something pulls me away.
BIC: "We have a massive effusion of Heartless heading this way, led by some sort of powerful energy source that I can't read...Probably some wielder of darkness..." Wirdikov shrugged. "It doesn't matter. They know we're here. And they're coming anyway. Which means..." A feral grin split his face. "They're the enemy..."
"And, as the enemy, our first mission as a group is to destroy that enemy."
OOC: This will kind of be like an intro mission, I was thinking. Later, we'll split up into more missions and stuff, becoming more like mercenaries, I figure. I'll have different jobs you guys can do when the evil people come closer (when we have more members probably but we'll see). -
OOC: I wish I'd just stayed as DarKnight36...I think I'll PM all my members and tell them about the RP...
BIC: Wirdikov shrugged. "It's all right, I didn't really expect you to. The most important thing at the moment is that we survive this army..." Wirdikov sighed. "Tera Roth...Highwind...Tyre...Hegemoth...and now Darius...This is getting rather annoying. But enough of our lost ones. We must focus on the new..."
He turned to Coa. "You haven't been here for a while, would you like a tour?" -
Wirdikov looked up. "Coa? You have returned from your mission................Dark tides are coming, Coa..." He turned and looked up into the sunset. "I visited Darius the other day..."
He sighed. "He rejected us...Not that I can blame him. He doesn't have a heart with which to fight for anymore. It is too bad, he was a fine warrior up to the day he died..."
Wirdikov shook his head. "While you were gone, Coa, I've been having strange visions of a dark army that is coming closer to our fortress...I'm not sure who's leading them, but I'm sure it can't be good...I believe it is the first force of many. We need more guardians...The two of us alone can't hold back this tide!"
Wirdikov clenched his fists in frustration. "I won't give up...ever!" -
Sephiroth: Strength, speed, teleporting, dark powers...flies...yeah
Xenmas: Strength, speed, teleportation, powers of nothingness, creates copies of himself...uh, yeah
Well, it'd be kind of like this...Sephiroth slashes Xenmas in half, but he's fake so Sephiroth gets bonked on the back of the head by Xenmas. Sephiroth falls over, laughing because it tickled, Xenmas attacks wooshig around Sephiroth is teleporting everywhere, and they run into each other and kill each other THE END.
Really, though, I think that Xenmas would win against Sephiroth (as much as Sora did), because he has much more power. You look at all the fights between Xenmas and Sora, and you have him normally, then you have a huge monstrosity that he's drawing power from in Kingdom Hearts, then you have another huge monstrosity that he's drawing power from, and then you have him being suped up normal. Sephiroth is just Sephiroth all the time...
And even though Xenmas can't finish Sephiroth off, he could still knock him out cold. That still counts as a win in my book. -
I don't support any yaoi / yuri pairings, and, really, I think that the pairings are more wishful thinking than anything else. The only pairing that I could really see in Kingdom Hearts is the Sora / Kairi one, and even then, I'm not sure. They just seem to care about each other an awful lot.

Did you say that Terra was the Dark Soldier guy next to the Old Mage guy?
Well, Terra is fighting the Old Mage guy throughout the whole thing while the Dark Soldier fights against Aqua and Ven. Watch it again: after the explosion, Terra falls to the ground, and runs at the Old Mage. His arm gets frozen, then Ven gets caught, and the Dark Soldier appears again, and the keyblades knock Terra off the cliff onto the ground. Then Ven gets frozen...etc. etc. At the end, Terra gets up from where he'd fallen and takes off his helmet and stares up at the Dark Soldier and the Old Mage.
It could be someone else who has been taken by the darkness, like maybe another soldier...But I don't know. -
Nomura confirmed the names in an interview.
There's a lot of things that are going around, but the one thing I'm still confused on is why people think that Terra is Xehanort in some way.
They can't be the same people. Xenmas is still hanging around when you fight Terra, and Terra mistakes Sora for Xehanort...Terra also hates Xehanort's guts, cause when you go for a rematch against Terra, he states something like, "Will you allow me to ingrain my hatred of Xehanort into you?" or something to that effect.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure that Terra did pass down the Kingdom blade but something around Xehanort muddles it up. Maybe it has to do with he chose Xehanort but Xehanort turned out to be an evil person, then lost his memories in a battle between the two, and Terra was trapped on the desert world, while Xehanort ended up with DiZ. The Keyblade, unable to function with Xehanort without his memories, went to the next most liable person, Riku. When Riku chose darkness instead of light, Sora got the Keyblade instead...
Does that make sense? -
I like Sora's, but I tend to like Riku's better because of when it is played and how it fits Riku really well.

Guardians of Larenska
Welcome to the official RP Guardians of Larenska thread! Anyone wanting to join in on this is welcome to, as long as they take the link in my signature and join in that thread...That way I can keep track of you all.
The Guardians of Larenska are an elite force of people who are fighting against the Heartless and other evil people in order to save the valley of Larenska. They live in a massive castle at the only entrance to this valley.
The Guardians' power comes from their armor's crystal, which is set in the centerpiece. It has enough power to feed a small city, and therefore makes the titanium steel armor impenetrable...It can stop a rhino's charge without making the user budge an inch.
The Guardians' weapons are also energy-reliant, and therefore, if broken, can reconstitute themselves. You can have any power you want, but the real way to define the Guardians is by the color of their armor: Gold is the leader, and therefore, as the creator, I will be gold.
The second and third people can be silver and bronze, platinum, etc, as these are more elite colors.
Anyway, I hope you join!
Wirdikov stared into the glorious sunset, his golden armor shining. His cape slowly swirled behind him in the light breeze, and the plains glowed orange. Wirdikov closed his eyes, and breathed in the sweet air.
When he opened his eyes, the light was gone, and there was only darkness...Visions of burning villages, of the valley he protected destroyed, flashed through his mind, and Wirdikov stumbled to the edge of the tower he stood upon, placing a hand upon the cool rock.
Slowly, he looked up. The last rays of sunlight slipped behind the mountains in the distance, and Wirdikov sighed. Not today, he told himself, not right now. I can hold out a little longer against the darkness...But...I need help. Where are my Guardians?
Turning, he walked slowly back down the stairs he had climbed up that morning, his joints creaking. Brushing black hair from his hazel eyes, Wirdikov shook his head. Things hadn't been the same since Darius had sacrificed himself to save the castle. The Guardians had slowly been disappearing...Now, Wirdikov was left alone, without any others...
Walking slowly across the courtyard, Wirdikov stopped at a sparkling fountain.
"At least the water's still pure," Wirdikov said to himself, "the air's still clean, the grass still unsullied, the valley still safe..." He shook his head. "But for how much longer can I hold back the darkness?"
