Maybe this is because u didnt beat the game yet. When u beat the game and have a new save file with the crown on it, they will appear. If there are still empty spots, you didn't beat all the Absent Silhouettes yet. ^_^
In KH2FM+ theater mode, I just spotted something which i never saw in the story. There was a picture of Xemnas smiling and there was a message from Xemnas, i think. It was in Japanese so i cant read it... Do you know what it means? (For clarification i found it in the "hollow bastion invasion" portion of theater mode)
