    My guess would be xemnas...
He has shown considerable powers(like turning hearts into a copy of kingdom hearts wich would restore nobodies), and during the final battle, look closely at the buildings he throws at you... he dosent pick them up, he seems to sort of conjure them out of darkness/thin air.
Now if you create building blocks out of nothing as an attack, you should be able to build a castle^^

Just a quick note, Xehanort is not anly an anagram of "no heart" with an x, it can also be "another" with an x added... while "no heart" sounds more like something, as far as im aware we see him entering "another" as a password somewhere in the new sequences in final mix+, along with the former names of the other apparentices. This might even mean that "another" was somewhat his orginal name (given xehanort is anagram +x, the same way names are converted for the XIII), though we propably wont find out before KHIII

I was about to order Final Mix+ and Swap Magic, when i heard of someone that Kh2FM would for them only run very slow when using Swapmagic... im a bit unsure now... has anyone heard of this, or any idea what causes it, and if it comes up if it can be fixed?
Just for reference, i got a european PS2, slim version

I couldnt find any topic regarding this, so i dont think this is something major... if there is already info on that please excuse this and kindly redirect me there

Im think that xaldins line is "wear/beware the face of despair", (not sure about the first word.)
For xigbar, i thought he said "Im gonna dance for you"

Edit: at gamefaqs.com someone seems to have worked out a list... while that is no proof that everyone this guy wrote is correct hes propably put some work into it.

This is interesting... given that it is near-impossible that the physical disc was changed, has she tried erasing her savegames or running it on another PS2?

In KH2 final mix xemnas explains that axels death triggerd it. As he puts it, axels "weakness", how he calls his craving to have emotion, touched soras heart and awakend what remained of roxas

With the "maybe im all there ever was", dont forget that xemnas later states he could not remeber emotions other than anger, hate and envy, so maybe he wonders if his "heart" was ever really real.

Hm, the old Organizatiobn moral debate... we had that how often now?

Well my opinion is we simply do not know enough. We know they were understandable from some point of view, but we also know that they sure were doing some evil things. but there it pretty much ends:

We dont know how much damage they exactly did.
We dont know what exactly their kingsom hearts was and what exactly would have happend if it had been completed.
We dont know if Xemnas had some motives we dont really know about. When he talks of building a new world we dont know if he just means the world that never was or the whole universe.
We dont know what they would have done if they had gotten their hearts back (esspecially the orginal 6).
We dont know if DiZ and Yen Sid maybe knew things we dont.

358/2 Days might clear a few things up, but so far i dont think we know enouh to judge them completly.

As for Sora, while he was a bit agressive at times, i think he was mostly justified as all memebers attacked him first... i dont think that he would have killed demyx if he had surrenderd

I like defensive and magic heavy. You dont make it clear how/what exactly it blocks though

    Name: The Dark
    Strength:6
    Magic:6

Ability: Turns you into some sort of antiform without the downsides (basically you just look like anti-sora, and most of your combo finishers and special attacks become darkness damage) Also, most heartless dont attack you unless you attack first.

Now all we need is a boss vulnerable to darkness damage

A bit higher up there was a debate about beating the game without cure. Maybe you should look into that

Somehow, theres a list... i hate sora, riku and axel, these three together are if i remember right responsible for the death of all thirteen org members. I dont think sora was that much of a jerk, all org. members attacked him first and didnt have the sense to run away when losing (minus luxord. Sora killed him when he was defenseless after the fight), but i can still hate him for killing my favorite villians, and propably favorite video game characters of all time.

But somehow, i also hate a few org members as much as i liked them. Xemnas and Saix for not trying to work things out diplomatically (hell, hollow bastion had a machine that could create heartless out of nothing... a bit diplomacy with sora might have set everything right for all parties), and saix in the scene were he didnt let sora see kairi: he had like everything in hand, could have tried to work something out (like: i let you see her and you promise to kill the heartless for us ok?)
I hate axel because he not only killed vexen, but mostly because he messed up so much at the beginning of KH2, a bit more well chosen words instead of drawing your weapons might have gotten roxas to come back with him
And finally Marluxia for trying to betray the Org. If he hadnt, everything would have worked out smoothly, They would have gotten control of sora, riku would propably have been dispatched (if it werent for namine zexion would have killed him) and the king and DiZ had been a manageable danger without these two.

To that point, out of all i propably hate the three nobody-haters the most (Yen Sid, DiZ, and to a lesser extent the King) Because they all told everyone that a nobody had no right to exist, which might be understandable for some of the lesser versions, but organisation members were sentinent beings, emotions or not. Thats a bit like wanting to kill people with mental illness.

Somehow, I have a lot of characters i love and hate at the same time. And before anyone asks, yes, im a total organization fanboy.

Umm, to above poster, it is stated that nobodies are body and soul, just no heart

For the topic, i pretty much think it depends... i agree that they are not their actual bodies, but rather darkness/nothingness/whatever formed in the shape they remember themselves to have... So they propably are capable of eating/breathing/sleeping because tehy remember themselves doing it, but dont actually have to.
So accorrding to that, they propably would bleed if they thought of it, but i dont think that they take time in a battle to think about how they should bleed, so they propably dont

Hmm, reading that i come to the conclusion that we simply do not know enough about what exactly xemnas was doing... Your sight is a way to interpret things, but i dont think we know exactly what that thing was xemnas was building (a artifical Kh or just an part of the real thing he dragged to TWTNW ( ive heard long debates without a real concluding)) we dont know if the hearts were in any way sentinent beings after a heartless transformation (which i doubt)
In the end we might arrive at the starnge moral question of weighing the lives of people who will only be born in the future against the lifes of people who sort-of are already dead, and i dont think that is easy to answer.
