What do you mean by "pnach files dont use action replay codes"

Hi everyone, I have a problem with unlocking all the drive forms (I only have valor and the one which transforms Sora into young Sora, it's in french so i'm not sure of the name in english) I normally unlocked the transformation with Donald and the Master form but they do not appear anywhere, and when I try to use the cheat "press R2 to unlock all the forms" it doesn't work.

Then I erased the all abilities + all Normal/Synth/Weapons/Acc. Items because once used it's useless. Do anyone have a solution please ?
