It's because they know that black leather jackets with zippers automatically pimp out anyone who wears them. They knew their king wasn't in the organization, he just liked the look.
Oh I'm sure they would, but if Disney Characters weren't in the main party then Disney wouldn't really want to license out their characters now would they? The Disney Characters would be an afterthought and would probably be forgotten.
I like her much better in KH2 than in KH1. At the very least, her voice was less annoying. But I do agree, she really doesn't have much of a personality does she?
Eh, yeah it is in a literal sense. But KH would be just another forgettable Square Enix RPG without Donald and Goofy in my opinion. Plus, Disney wouldn't really be involved then and they wouldn't put such effort into the dubbing process. Hell, we might not have even seen this game released outside of Japan if it weren't for Donald and Goofy being in your party.
Agreed, Donald and Goofy help make the Kingdom Hearts Series... Kingdom Hearts. You take them away, and then it's just basically a square rpg with a few disney guest characters. Donald and Goofy have to be in the game otherwise it would suck. Besides, as characters they're alright with me not only because I don't need their backstory nor history to get to know them, but because they are recognizable and funny characters.
I agree. Besides, it would be useless to have it sent here. Maybe, if the next game is released on the PS3 or 360, they can have the extra cutscenes for the final mix version translated and downloaded onto the regular english game. ****, I could do without the extra abilities if I could have the new cutscenes in English.
It does make me wonder which version (regular japanese speech) or KH2FM+ (With the english voice acting) is more popular in Japan. Personally, I feel the Final Mix games are there simply because the japanese want the english voice acting from the disney and main characters and that the extra abilities and cutscenes are what help sell the game as its own instead of just KH2 English version w/ japanese subtitles. Also, I find it odd that they don't even bother dubbing the new cutscenes, they just leave them without voices.
