In the official strategy for Kingdom Hearts II, it states you must defeat Xigbar before you can get the Final Form. It pops up at random, but once you get it you can keep it.
It's chances of appearing are higher if you drive into Master Form with Oathkeeper on you and Oblivion on master while fighting enemies.
That's all the files needed for a KH1 Sora and a Roxas code. Have the hacker make a save anywhere cheat so we can get Riku and possibly some other people.
Send that to the hacker. Let me know if you have any problems.

I won't be surprised if there are problems. I think it was missing some components. The most important file is still there, and you should be able to get what you need.
I was guessing it would fallow Sora, Riku, and Kairi as adults. Kairi has a keyblade, as do Sora and Riku. I'm guessing the 3 of them will be your main party or whatever.
Or maybe not? Who knows. And that, as they say, is that.
Most people here are saying Sora, but it depends what level. Level 1 Roxas could easily kill level 1 Sora, so at equal levels with no drives, Roxas would always prevail.
Axel would die quickly. If a level 4 Roxas can beat him, everyone else can.
By Ansem, I suppose you mean Xeanort's* heartless? He would probably win if he was in his giant heartless form.
Xemnas, depending on the levels of the other people, would either win or lose.
As for Riku, he has the power to kill everyone except Xemnas - he needs Sora's help for that.
So, all in all, either Roxas or Riku would win. Probably Roxas, since he beat Riku once before.
