It was stated that Xion was "absorbed" by Roxas at the end of 358/2 days as well as it being stated by Nomura that Xion, or a small part of her, lives on in Roxas.
In KH2, there's a scene where Roxas is at the Station of Awakening and he's wondering around aimlessly. Suddenly, a door and a treasure chest appear. Roxas continues walking and he abruptly turns around to find a person in a cloak, possibly an organization member (I say "organization member" because of the attire and possibly stance)

Now, its possible it could just be a form of mental or inner self OR it could be Xion. Personally, I want to believe its Xion. It can't be, or atleast it's not plausible to think Xemnas or someone from the organization would be inside Roxas' cognition. Who else could it possibly be? By the stance and perhaps size of the unknown cloaked figure, Xion fits it perfectly. However! That's hardly enough to go on seeing as said stance and attire are similar throughout all the members for the most part.
At the end of the Roxas game, Roxas battles Riku. When Roxas throws the keyblade, its stated that Xion is talking through Roxas to Riku for him to stop Roxas because she didnt believe Roxas was yet strong enough to take on Xemnas. So, with that being said, we can say that Xion is still somewhat conscious within Roxas.
It took me about 2 days to finish this. I dont know if anyone here remembers the thread I made way back when about a "What If" game with Kingdom Hearts having a "Battle" game. I made this using Vegas and Photoshop.

Well, i use Sony Vegas 7 as well and what i do is i just convert the video file into a Mpeg. I use this program called "Vdownloader" which allows me to instantly get videos from youtube and convert them from avi to mpeg. The file uploads onto vegas with both audio and video.
But thats just how I do it. Dont know if that'll help.

Just a note... A Nobody is born when a strong willed heart leaves a body.
Roxas was made when Sora's heart seperated from his body to save Kairi. Namine was created when Kairi brought Sora back thus making her a special "nobody" that is connected to Sora.
I'm thinking that Xion was created simultaneously when Roxas was created but by Kairi's heart, not Sora's. I know ttht its not possible because Kairi's heart is pure but hear me out. It could be that since Kairi's pure heart was with Sora's unpure heart for so long, it's possible that her's became somewhat "tainted" and thus through the seperation of her slightly tainted heart along with Sora's own heart from Sora's body that Xion was born. For example, if you put a good apple in a basket with bad apples how the good one slowly starts to rott. Well, Good apple as to Kairi's heart, Basket as to Sora's body, Bad apples as to Sora's heart.
Just a thought.
