Sora: I know the Keyblade didn't choose me...and I don't care. I'm proud to be a part of something much greater: The people it did choose. My friends! They are my power!
This is hands down my favorite line in all of 3D and that's saying a lot because I honestly think it has a lot of great lines. However, there's also one line that makes me laugh because of how I imagine Sora reacting to it. XD
Xemnas: As your flesh...bears the sigil...so your name shall be known as that...of a recusant.
And then Nomura throws a curveball and KH DDD HD Remix comes out in 2015 instead, thus leaving H3 for 2016. lol
I won't lie, I definitely don't want to wait all the way until 2016 for KH3 and especially not any longer than that, but honestly...I know we've pretty much got no choice. 2015 if we're being really optimistic, 2016 if we're lucky and anything past 2016 if we're being realistic and reasonable or keeping our hopes relatively low and pessimistic.
He gives you a simple answer that goes against what you expected and that's somehow being obnoxious and bragging?
You need to open your mind a bit. I'm actually going to agree with him in the sense that I have no problem following the story either.
And while I think people seriously exaggerate how convoluted the story is, I do understand why they're confused and think that it does tend to be a little more complicated than it needs to be. (Dream Drop Distance)
Pretty much in agreement with these two. Overall, I'd say KH2FM in specifics. It's simple while still having lots of potential because of the amount of things you can do. Thre are various ways that you can attack versus BBS and DDD where it's just the same standard attacks and then the command deck abilities which might have some more interesting moves. Oh, and in BBS's case, the command styles where the game temporarily feels like KH2 again. Slightly, anyway.
Unless you're playing as Ven. Then it feels a bit closer to that normally anyway. ¦D
Gonna disagree with everyone and say KH2 and BBS are the ones. Out of the ones I've played and seen the most of, anyway.
Or to be precise, KH2FM and BBFM on Critical Mode. For KH2 at least, Final Mix did nerf Sora's parameters a bit despite giving him new moves and buffed a lot of the enemies and bosses and added more tough ones. Reaction Commands be damned, they were still a tough challenge if you were careless or weren't skilled enough yet. I haven't played BBSFM, but from the many playthroughs I've watched of it, I'd say the same applies to it.
I can't speak for Re:CoM, though. The game was far too boring for me to play through. Tried three times. Once with the original Japanese version, once with the English version, then one more time with 1.5's version. Quit all three times cause I just found it uninteresting. I find that rather ironic since I enjoyed the original GBA version and 100% it. Quit Days halfway for the same reason.
In actuality, though, I'd say the true answer would actually be Re:Coded from what I've seen of how the gameplay, level system and customization works. I've still yet to play it, though. It's a shame it'll only be cutscenes in 2.5.
That's all nothing more than speculation. Majority of those things in the trailer were nothing more than dramatic shots of the characters while showing everyone who was important to the series (excluding Hayner's gang). It just so happens that everyone in that trailer also showed up in 3D at one point. There was never any clarification on just what BBS Vol. 2 was. Only guesses. You shouldn't consider those concrete. More than likely, it was probably nothing more than a conceptual trailer of what Nomura initially was thinking of doing for the next game until it became 3D instead.
Plus, Ventus didn't vanish from Castle Oblivion. The room he's in is hidden and sealed away. That's the room the Org. constantly talks about trying to find in Castle Oblivion during Days. He's still in Castle Oblivion, it's just a matter of where in the castle.
If you mean Birth By Sleep Vol.2, if you consider the whole concepts of the game and all the stuff that happened in it and even how the gameplay was designed, then the short answer is "that was Dream Drop Distance".
I don't have a problem with KH3 being multiplatform.
I have a problem with it being on the piece of **** Xbox One (or 180 lol). I'm fearful of the lack of sales it'll (inevitably) get on that system harming it.
Then again, I'm getting it for PS4 anyway, so I suppose I shouldn't care.
That didn't stop them with they promoted KH2. They just immediately put out KH2 Sora in his new outfit and we knew who it was and where it was from.
Sora's staying in his KH2 outfit this time around, and that's just how it should be since we've only played as it once versus playing as KH1 Sora in EVERY other game.
Yes, including 3D. Dream Sora is just KH1 Sora in a better outfit.
I see. Well, right now I'm having a hard time getting him to wield a second Keyblade when he has the normal command menu. I was thinking that maybe I needed to add the drive abilities, but if I remember right, aside from the Growth abilities, those don't actually do anything, do they?
