Its decent for a first sprite tag, but it needs alot of work. v1 is better because of no round edges and the text is better. You could make the better, take the sprite and set it on screen: 50% opacity or Color Dodge: 25% Opacity. Add a lighting source as darkwacth said, wave it more than 2 times,and brighter. I know of a good tut if you want help with this stuff.
V1 and 3 FTL, while 2... still didnt win, but its better than the others. Its very unappealing IMO. The yellow blends to much with the white, and... Im not gonna start ranting about the text.
Overall: Its decent, but I honestly dont like it.
BTW: NEVER USE ROUND EDGES!!!!! round edges = FTLL!!!
I dun like the streek of light across her chest (Just noticed it... wasnt lookin on purpose *Is not a perv*) A gradient or 5 would be nice... maybe a filter as well *Is gradient/filter whore* A little bit simpler text and blended alittle more at that, and I would honestly not see much else wrong.
Also... The way you used teh scanlines is very fugly... I could help you learn how to use them if you like.
Unfortunatly, it looks like a gradient, a c4d, a stock, and some text. Its simplistic, and it may not be complex, it at least looks good. Text is okay. Id like to see more blending of the stock and more colors, but it is a decent tag.
