I made a few card based in Touhou Proyect game series (Specifically Touhou 7 and 1 of Touhou 8).
I tryed to balance them to make them kind of playable.
PD: Hourai Elixir's effect is based in the "real" Hourai Elixir, look for it in touhou wiki if you wana know what I'm talking about.
