Like ze.black.mamba says. Replace 'BYTE' with 'extended'. Then you're good to go! Thanks to this I've now completed Jiminy's journal! All synthesis done...

Same problem here as well with the Synthesis items also using PCSX2.
I did come across this for individual gems, crystals etc:

BUT it's in ARMAX format or something so completely useless to me.... unless someone knows how to convert them???
