I would say CGI, like Advent Children or the opening/endings of the games, one that details the series as best it can. That or an animated movie that details Mickeys adventures as Yen Sid's apprentice, and how he got to be a keyblade wielder in the first place. Since that was never explained, and he didn't seem to wield one yet when he was a musketeer or fooling around with Yen Sid's hat.
Yeah, I have been using the Patch Browser in the emulator in order to use the cheat codes. Thanks for mentioning EmuHaste, I will have to look into it. :)
Edit: Downloaded and tried it, does the same thing as the Patch Browser. Emulator crashes. I am about to rip my hair out with this. lol
It's running perfectly without any cheats. And I was successful in making some cheats work for Re: Chain of Memories (U). I am just kind of frustrated I can't get any to work for KH2 or KH2 FM+
Quick question. I don't want to shift through 300+ pages to see if it was answered. I have tested many of the codes on the front page in pcsx2. However the emulator always seems to crash on me. Is there something that needs to be changed in the codes to make them work with it?
I am using a legit original copy of the KH2 FM disc. Emulator is only being used because I recently moved and have not unburied the PS2 yet.
Well, there is normally never a program. At least not until people decypher tons of code, figure out files and their formats. Once all that is figured out all it takes is some people with C++ knowledge, and the hacking information to make a program for the specific purpose of hacking.
It's possible for this game to be modified and the same goes for the PS2 games, it's just the fact that nobody has really taken the time to sit down and do the work.
Look at the Sonic the Hedgehog hacking community, They have the source for the original two games ripped apart and mostly documented. They also have multiple programs for different purposes: Level editing, sprite editing, music editing... yeah.
