Actually Demyx seemed a tad bit retarted and i died fighting him like 3 times (Ruining my perfect streak) so I was happy when he was gone :)
Axel's was a little dramatic but it was decent. I wanted Roxas to say something like "We're still best friends right?" through Sora. That would have been really good
I think Kairi's character was a little improved in KH2 and you have to understand that in KH1 she only had her heart for the first 5 minutes then was a mute and she did offer to help Sora. I wish she had her keyblade back then...

I know that the "X"comes from Xehonort and all the names are anagrams but if you try to rearrange Xemnas' name without taking the "X" out... you end up with "MANSEX"...weird
I think Axel's name is Ale but that seems so lame for him...sigh
I think i can explain the Xehanorts and Terra yellow eye story
Basically, Terra HAD to pull a Riku and give into the Darkness. Using Kingdom Hearts, Master Xehanort needed to use Terra's youth and power so he wanted to fuse their bodies. Terra agrees in order to save Aqua and his Frozen friend Ven. This gave birth to the Assistant looking Xehanort. then Aqua and King Mickey defeat him by using Kingdom Hearts power of light and his memory is erased.
Diz's eye color changed with the disguise for some reason
Roxas because there seems to be more story behind him and he's so much cooler.
And for the people who said that he's cool because he has two keyblades
SPOILER: he doesn't always have two blades even in the game coming out for the DS. He eventually gets to use two and starts out with the Kingdom key. It was seen in the trailer.
