Hm. Well, Are you sure something didnt get uninstalled that makes the MP3 File work? Im just taking a stab at this but i think you need a certain codec to get it to work.. hm.. Is Quicktime installed? That might work.
The special mention was brilliant. Although i felt you couldve fixed the keyblade and some other points.. I know how annoying that is to go over something 3 or 4 times and then just give up with it. xDD

That is really quite amazing for paint. Although, mentioned in a few other posts, the picture does look a little bit off. I still really love it though. Hmm. How about some more colors to make it a little more eye appealing or some designs. ^^
Yeah! Thats kind of what i meant. Just add a little more depth to the color choices. I was just using pink as an example. Adding some splashes of red or yellow would be great. ^^

I would love to see some more shades of red or some more contrast in Naruto and the background. It looks great already, just trying to find something to help you with. Its already a 10 from me. x3
What you've got now is great! I would listen to the Sharpening tip and Never use Jpeg. Another thing that i would like to add though: The colors you have chosen now are.. Quite boring. >.<
You should try to add some contrasting hightlights of maybe a Dusty rose pink? Just to add a little more interest. =]
