ok here is what it does i clicked on it and it was like commenting on posts like it said i approve of whoevers post or i dissapprove of so in soes post and why??

in the bottom left corner like when someone replys there is two icons one says report post and the other says add to ,whoever reply that is, reputation. i just was wondering

what does it do if i click quote next to someones reply?

what is a rebuke?? and what and a warning ( like concequences if you get so many)
