Hello all. I have been thinking about writing a story but I'm not sure if anyone would like to read it. I going to post my first chapter here too see. If you like it and would like me to update it, I will make an actual thread for it in the right place. Please comment.

He was done. Slamming his bedroom door behind him, Nathan flopped down on his bed. Ever since they had spared his mom ashes, him and his dad and been arguing daily. Nate knew that his mothers death had hit his dad as hard as him but it was getting to the point to where he just had to get away. On top of that, he was behind in school work, and his friends had mostly abandoned him (Not that he could blame them. Lately, he had been either depressed or pissed all the time.).

Pulling open the hidden shelf in his nightstand, he grabbed the list of things he would need to live out in the mountain forty miles from his house. He had been planing to do this even before his mom passed just for the fun of it. He never would of guessed that he would be using it to run away. Nathan didn't plan to leave for a long. Just long enough to clear his head. He was leaving that night, after the old man was asleep.

Grabbing his backpack, he dumped everything out and began to comb his room for what ever he could find that was on the list.A few changes of clothes, a warm coat seeing how it was starting to get cold, his pocket knife, gloves, a sleeping bag, and his small one person tent. Strapping the sleeping bag and tent to the pack and tossing everything else inside, he sat back down on his bed and waited for night to come.

As he sat there, he began to think of the only friend of his that had actually stuck around. He and Erica had been close friends since 5th grade. Every one around them thought they had been going out since 6th but they thought wrong. Although they loved each other, they didn't love each other in that way. Sighing, he sat up and listened to his dad's snores. It was time to go.

Pulling on his coat, he grabbed his backpack and walked down stairs. Nate grabbed a pile of paper bags and a book of matches so he could start a fire along with a bit of food. Tossing them into his pack, he walked out into the garage to make sure there wasn't anything else he needed. Deciding he was fine, he pulled open the door and started walking.

((Sorry if it was short. Its just the first chapter.))

    Thread

    Hello all

Hi everyone. I have been a lurker on this sight for ages and finally decided to join in on the fun. Anyways, my names Jacob, I live in Oregon, I'm going to be 14 in February, I'm a BIG Tokio Hotel fan (And a load of other bands. Tokio Hotel is just the most resent to join my list of godly bands), I love to RP, I'm an anime fan boy, and I'm prone to frequent typos. Anyway, see you all around.
