When I was trying the Anti Form code out, that was the only code I was using. I also tried including the master code, I can't remember if it did the same thing but I do remember that it still didn't work. I'm not playing on the english patch, in case that makes any difference.
If your second statement was referring to the question about Roxas' keyblades with any drive form,
at 1:32 in this video you can see exactly that happening with Valor Form. So either I was misinformed that they don't normally work with drive forms aside from limit, or there is a code somewhere that I haven't had any luck finding. Unfortunately that Roxas keyblades code crashes my game when I drive, most of the time.
I did get the Roxas keyblades to work. I kinda ignored that huge section in the post about them that said they don't work until the second visit of most worlds.

As for the third question, I was wondering if there are any codes that allow you to use party limits such as Duck Flare or Knocksmash from the limit menu, while in any drive form.
And another question, is there any code to allow all drive forms to use Roxas' stolen keyblades properly?
Edit: I tried out the codes, that Anti Form code locks the game up (far zoom view of the map, can't move or go into the main pause menu) and the Roxas keyblades code I haven't been able to properly test because I haven't reached any of the world visits it works in. But it did spawn a Roxas instead of doing nothing. He was hostile toward me but couldn't damage me, or be damaged. Also didn't appear when I left Merlin's house.
