Unfortunately, your chances of finding a code to give yourself Reflega are rather slim.
In my case, I was lucky enough to find a code to bypass my problem. I experimented with an anti-form code which ended up making a 'FAKE' message display whenever I attempted to enter a certain part of Hollow Bastion to continue with the main storyline.
I was, however, able to find a code that warped me to the 1000 heartless fight and I was able to continue with the story that way. I was never able to get rid of the message though.

In any case, I am sorry to have not been able to help you with your problem.
If what the post on xeeynamo's blog is saying what I think it does, then we may be getting such a patch relatively soon, considering that he seems to have been working on it for some time.
Also, the patch seems to be one that replaces not just the cut-scenes, but the in-game voices as well.
As far as I am aware, there is a patch that does this, however, it is still in development and therefore, is not yet available to the public.
I believe that the patch is being developed by someone named 'xeeynamo'.
