I guess that does make sense. I mean, this IS Square-Enix after all: Infamous for characters that look the same and recycled plotlines. Older brother going off to fight in a war...yeah this would be a new plotline *coughRecks&Vaancough* But, deffinitely possible. Glad someone is trying to think outside the box on BBS.
Wow this trio thing worries me.... I mean, think about it. Sora and Riku headbutted over Kairi's affection...and now we have Xion added to BFFs that is Axel and Roxas...I really hope this game doesn't turn into a bad mary sue fanfiction: "OMG!!! MY OC IS IN THE ORG!!!! Roxas likes her, but *gasp* Axel likes her too!!!!! omgomgomgomgomgomgomg could she come between BEST FRIENDS?! dun dun duhhhhh!"
Anyway, I've started thinking....why is Axel hanging around with a bunch of kids? Doesn't he have friends his own age? And while I'm on the subject matter....WHERE THE HELL IS DEMYX? T_T
In my opinion, I think we're seeing little too much Xion and not enough Demyx! For that matter... where the hell is Demyx? I was hoping he'd have a bigger part in this game T_T
