well nobodies are empty shells with no emotions, The organization are people so strong they retained they're human form (kinda) 5 of them were Ansem's apprentices 1 was the lord of castle oblivion (marluxia) Roxas was found in twilight town (duh.) and the others i dont remember.

The organization just want kingdom hearts or at least find they're (self)
