I'm writing BBS as a novelisation, I'll post the first chapter here because I believe KHvids is a place where my effort is appreciated.

CHAPTER 001: Birth By Sleep

"This world is too small…"​

"この世界は狭すぎる…"​

All was calm. The night sky became a veil which innocently hid the sinister shadows cast upon the islands. Yes the islands surrounded by water, the islands in which all destiny would begin and end. On these vacant islands, lifeless except for the trees which swayed against the wind or the waters which hugged the sandy shores, it appeared as no other life was evident. Tension and conspiracy surrounded that lone piece of land as all that could be heard were the roars of the waves in the night.

Without warning, on the shadows of a heavily bent tree a mysterious hole of darkness appeared and out came a slouched figure – the silhouetted figure donned a black coat which covered all of his body, the hood's shadow hiding its face from prying eyes. The left arm was wrapped around a bundle of white robes, what was wrapped within was a mystery as nothing was revealed except for the face of a young boy. The blue eyes of the doll no longer had sparkled which was reflect in the lifeless form it took.

"This world is like a prison."

The male voice came from under the black hood, its tone hoarse with age.

"It has nothing, a fitting place for you"

The cloaked man proceeded to hang the bundle of robes and the boy wrapped within on the bent tree's trunk causing several of the star shaped fruit to fall off the stems and bounce into the waves below. He then turned without glancing back to walk away – was he abandoning the boy?

The expressionless face which hung over the trunk suddenly flickered for a brief moment with sorrow before allowing his opaque blue eyes to be hid behind the eyelids.

He was now in a different place – falling, falling into darkness…no where to be seen and no one to help him – that is.

"Hey, Where am I?"

The voice of innocent young boy echoed through the lifeless boy's head.

Though he'd lost the will to physically speak, the boy allowed himself to dive into his thoughts to answer his visitor. As if lost in dreams, the blue-eyed boy who was falling in darkness swam towards a bright light, gradually revealing his blond hair and superior half of his shirtless body.

"Who are you?" the boy replied

He was now meta-physically standing within his own mind and thoughts – it appeared as large a pillar of white amidst infinite darkness. The boy's lifeless expression did not change as we scanned the area, it was empty – it was broken, like himself.

"I am a heart who has just been born" came the warm voice again in the boy's mind

"How'd you get here?" The boy asked again "Isn't this place my heart?"

The gentle voice once again filled his thoughts:

"I saw a place filled with light, so I followed that direction and I ended up here."

The boy looked around to search for the physical shape who owned the voice but to no avail.

"I see" The blond replied. "But my heart is not complete and soon…"

He turned his attention to pillar under him to show that almost a third of the pillar was missing – as if fragmented and brutally removed.

"I'm going to lose everything" he finished.

"If that's the case then let's connect our hearts - surely things would be okay" the voice came again

"Eh?"

The blond haired boy stood on the centre of the fragmented pillar, not knowing how to reply to the offer. Soon, the huge gaping gap in the pillar was filled with mystical light which mended the cracks and holes until the pillar was whole and complete.

"Both our hearts are now connected to fill the void in your incomplete heart" The voice began. The pillar was now glistening with light as the pillar was no longer fragmented.

"But someday, you will have to be able to mend you heart with your own power."

"I see, I understand" The blond confirmed, though his face was still expressionless – his voice expressed his gratitude.

"Well then….why don't you open you eyes and awake?" the voice said once more before fading away. "I'll be by your side"

The expression on the blond boy's face changed from expressionless to determination – he'd been given a second chance at life and he wasn't going to let it be wasted.

"Let the door be opened!" He called in unison.

Immediately, the surface of the pillar he stood on which was a coloured a reflective white began to disperse – evaporating into shards of light which flittered everywhere. The empty white pillar which stood before now depicted a mosaic of blue and green in the image of the young blond boy.

The slumped old man who was cloaked continued to walked away from the bundle of robes, raising his arm he was about to summon a portal when he caught the sound of the white robes falling to the cold ground. As he turned he was met with a spectacular sight.

"Oh!" His eyes watched in astonishment as the boy – who was supposed to be lifeless, now extended his arm into the air. In a flash of light; a metallic object materialised into his hand, its golden handle and black blade glistening against the night.

"The Keyblade!" The old man finished as he marveled at the light show. A beam of light fired off the tip of the key-like sword and erupted into sparks of luminance in the sky, its radiance enough to only reveal the gray goatee which sprouted from the chin of the cloaked figure. With his hand still raised, the unnamed blond haired boy slowly opened his eyes, revealing a sleepy but dazzling brilliant blue as opposed to the inert indigo which filled his cornea earlier.

The light from the Keyblade subsided. The Keyblade vanished from the hand of the boy and his arm flopped back down – he was fast asleep.

"Excellent!" The old man whispered quietly as he strode over to what he used to believe was trash – could now perhaps be what he needed to see his plans come into fruition.

"You will make a good tool!" He finished as he carried the sleeping boy with his left arm.

With a flick of his finger, shadows and black smoke weaved themselves together to form what appeared as a black hole. Without hesitation the man in the jet-black coat disappeared through the darkness – leaving the islands undisturbed. No longer did sinister shadows disturb the tranquility of islands.

Does anyone know whether or not the english novels for Kingdom hearts really do exist. Wiki claims that the novels do exist with sources stemming from the online selling site Amazon.

They all say that disney press is translating and publishing them in English.
[I was actually hoping another publisher such as tokyopop would do the novelisation coz Im more comfortable with their works with the many Kingdom Heart manga that have been released as well as the novelisation of the .HACK// series]

What is more intriguing is that a while ago I emailed Disney press asking about the kingdom hearts novels and I got a reply saying that they had no idea that they were publishing a kingdom hearts novel xD...and also by the fact that I can't find the cover art of the English edition on any book selling site or anywhere.

so, with all the evidence I am presented, I am led to believe that PERHAPS those books really doesn't exist.

please discuss =DD, I'd like this cleared up - because its causing major confusion as well as circulation of false information
[alternatively we could just go search for a translation on the net...anyone know where?]

oh yea, If anyone HAS the actual english novels, plz come forward and speak =DD

synopsis
Riku gets a set of world cards from Ansem [Xehanort's heartless or whatever you want to call him], Zexion Detects the presence of visitors within castle basement. King Mickey tells riku to not lose hope and fight the darkness, sealing their friendship with a promise

[editor's note: I Have the Re:CoM game for PS2 in Japanese, and if memory serves well then there should have been a practice battle between Ansem and Riku, In my cutscene I have accidentally put the final battle between Ansem and Riku in this cutscene...so If you want me to create another copy of this scene without the battle scene, PM me or you can edit it yourself with a movie editor...apologies for this careless error]

Basement 7: Riku meets the 'nisenmono' Riku [Fake Riku]

Synopsis
The Fake Riku appears, testing real Riku's strength, meanwhile Vexen contemplates one whether to use this Riku to wipe out both the keywielder, Sora and he who lies within twilight, Riku.



Basement 6: Riku Replica gets amnesia

Synopsis
Vexen pays the organization members on the 'topside' a visit. There he presents the fruits of his labours to Larxene and Axel, who intend to use Riku Replica as their tool, first by latering his memory via Namine's power.

Larxene taunts namine and coerces her to rewrite sora's memories. mean while, Replica Riku has his memory altered and vows to 'free Namine from her pain', as he swears upon the goodluck charm Namine created



Basement 4:Securing darkness

Synopsis
Vexen's death has made Zexion and Lexeus suspicious of Larxene, Marluxia and Axel. It seems they have realised Marluxia's intents and both Lexeus and Zexion, too stir up a small plan of their own: to try to gain the power of Darkness and hence control Riku .

Synopsis
Riku is challenged by Lexaeus who wants Riku to 'submit' to the darkness within. A heated battles ensues with Riku's inevitable victory. Concluding this riku process do finish Lexeus off but is knocked into the air unconscious by Lexaeus's centurion. Eventually Riku's dark side takes over and vanquishes Lexaeus. Meanwhile, Axel and Zexion discuss the fates of the Riku, the keywielder, and the Lord of the Castle.

Riku meets DiZ once more to whom DiZ asks Riku to finish his business, handing Riku the cloak of the Organization and the card of Castle Oblivion to which Riku will face off against the lord of the Heartless and Darkness one last time.

Ansem claims that his essence will not fade but forever linger within riku in the form of his 'shadow'
before drowning Riku in total darkness followed shortly by King Mickey whom saves the day

I was wondering If anyone knew where i can find links to get the data battles of the organisation XIII members?

KH insider had them (Im assuming) because the Marusha and Rokusasu Battles can be downloaded from KHinsider video links....and larxene's battle turned up in youtube (with the fancy KHinsider intro).

So i was wondering if anyone knows where i might be able to find download links for these epic data battles.

Im looking for basically all data battles except for the Roxas and Marusha data battles..

Anyone who has Played KH reCoM Sora's story will know that at the end, there is a small scene with the organisation XIII (no dialogue, just guys in cloaks on really tall chairs), then it switches to a scene of namine watching over sora in the memory restoration pod:
In this scene..there are words that are shiny (they sorta shine as they appear like in the birth by sleep movie thingy)

does anyone know what these words say?

(p.s: you can get this small scene from KH vids: Kingdom Hearts reCoM cutscene area, i think its the last scene)
