That Trigger fad is overrated.

You're my ex, darky. We don't talk. And the reason why Sabrina and you are still so close is because one of you wants that relationship again. As far as my experience with exboyfriends, there are some who never let go, like Glynn. He just tried so hard to get back together when it wasn't working out in the first place. In that case, I cut off all communication until a year later, spent a day with him and it turned out he still liked me, so we didn't talk anymore once again. As far as Darky and me, we don't speak because it's been years and we've fallen out of contact. I don't mind so much. In those cases I never really spoke to my exs, maybe a bit of small talk here and there but nothing substantial.

And then there's the relationship that happened between Trigger/Jerome and I. We would break up, speak for a week, get back together, break up, not talk for a while, speak for another week, get back together. It went on and on like that for three years. It turned out to be a bit of an abusive relationship, I became controlling and he started lying. In this case, once we broke up we both should have stopped talking. All it would take was one conversation to rekindle our feelings.

Now it's been just over a year since we last broke up, and i'm with my current boyfriend for about 11 months now. Jerome and I have started talking and I think we've given it enough time now to both be over each other.

I guess over all, it depends on the person and the relationship on whether or not it's right to speak with your ex. Nathan doesn't mind me speaking with Jerome because it's been so long and I'm open and honest about everything I do. As long as there is trust in the current relationship and there has been enough time since the relationship with your ex, talking to an ex shouldn't be a problem.

OH HI I remember you too <3333 I took so long because I had to take time away to grow and mature. How are you?

I've been well. The updates are, i'm 19 now. I live with my boyfriend who i've been together for a year now. I was at university for a while but I left to venture into the city and get a job (which is now working night shifts at mcdonalds..it sucks, think i'm going to go back to being a receptionist). I plan to get my acting course done next year and then i'll venture to sydney and study at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts. :D
