Kingdom Hearts Series

Today the official Kingdom Hearts Facebook page shared a new survey for fans of the series. The survey aims to give fans a platform to share their feedback on the future of the Kingdom Hearts series.

The majority of the questions are demographic or otherwise cover your history with the series (such as what games you have played, which of the HD Remixes you have purchased, and what platforms you play on). However, the fifth question asks fans to weigh in on localization, and what translated state a game must be in for them to consider it. With the localization status of Kingdom Hearts Unchained Key still unknown, this survey is presumably connected to it.

The survey is short and should take no more than a few minutes. It will close on June 12th, 2015 at 11:45PM PDT. You can fill out the survey here.

It seems in light of Nintendo's decision to hold their E3 event at 9AM PDT on June 16th, Square has officially pushed back their conference by one hour to 10AM PDT.

This now gives everyone the opportunity to catch all the E3 goodness without any worry of conflicting press event times!

E3 is just around the corner! Square has announced that they will be holding their own press conference on June 16th at 9AM PST. Square Enix has a lot of games they could be talking about this year, could Kingdom Hearts III be one of them?

The Walt Disney Company Japan announced today that it will stage D23 Expo Japan 2015, a special event for Disney fans created by D23: The Official Disney Fan Club. To celebrate the Expo, among the other events taking place, a Kingdom Hearts fan event will be held on November 3rd at Cinema Ikspiari, Tokyo Disney Resort.

More information for the event, Kingdom Hearts―The Theater (working title), will be posted on the official Disney website starting in late April.

The Expo will take place over three days from November 6 to November 8, 2015 in Maihama in Tokyo Disney Resort.

It is with great sadness for me to have to write this. Leonard Nimoy, the English voice of Master Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, known mostly for his role as Spock in Star Trek, has sadly passed away in his home in Los Angeles after complications with COPD. On behalf of the KHV staff, I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Nimoy's family.

RIP Leonard Nimoy. It's hard to imagine Master Xehanort voiced by anyone other than yourself.
