II.8 Final Chapter Prologue

With less than two months to go before the release of 'Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue', Square-Enix has begun advertising the game through various media. Attached with copies of the recently released 'Final Fantasy XV' is an ad with a banner of 2.8 that was revealed months ago:
In addition to that, Square-Enix is also running the following paid ad on Twitter:
'Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue' will be released in Japan on January 12, 2017, and will be released to the rest of the world on January 24, 2017.

According to the Amazon Germany listing of 'Kingdom Hearts 2.8 HD Final Chapter Prologue', the cinematic title in the game, 'Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] Back Cover' is mentioned to be 80 minutes long, putting it at around half the runtime of the '358/2 Days' and 'Re:coded cinematics.

This week is the week for Kingdom Hearts articles it seems! Kingdom Hearts 2.8 has been featured in not only Weekly Famitsu magazine (shown above), but also Dengeki Online (featured below)! Weekly Famitsu focuses on the Dream Drop Distance and Back Cover portions of the game while Dengeki Online focuses on 0.2 Birth by Sleep as well as Back Cover

Square Enix has released a batch of new screenshots from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 collection of games.

In addition to the screenshots, Square Enix has also released character renders of the Foretellers, the Master of Masters, King Mickey and Aqua as they will appear in the upcoming collection.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue will be launching on the PS4 on January 12th in Japan and January 24th in North American and Europe.

Thanks to MakuXV on Twitter, we have a page from this week's issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump, a popular manga magazine with previous featured Naruto and Bleach. The scan showcases the five foretellers and Master of Masters.
